Research has shown that children with Autism or Asperger’s Syndrome can benefit from regular exercise, and that trampolining in particular can provide many additional benefits. Trampolining itself is a very gentle form of exercise due to the fact that the bouncy trampoline pad soaks up a large proportion of the impact.
